The enquiry form collects your name, email address, company, selected service and message, together with the submission time and your consent.

Purpose and access

MetaVines uses these details to handle your enquiry and discuss relevant services. Enquiry records are stored in the website database and are accessible through an administration area restricted to authorised users. They are not published on the public website.

Submission and email

A successful submission confirms that your enquiry has been saved and provides a reference. The form does not currently send email notifications or confirmation emails. You can also contact us directly at info@metavines.co.za.

Abuse prevention

To limit spam and repeated submissions, the service keeps temporary request counters linked to hashed email and network address values, and a submission reference to prevent duplicate records.

What to share

Share only information needed to explain your business requirements. Do not include passwords, identification numbers, health details or other sensitive information.

Access, corrections or deletion

Email info@metavines.co.za with your enquiry reference to request access, a correction or deletion. Identity will need to be verified before action is taken. A fixed retention period has not yet been established; no automatic deletion schedule is currently configured.
