This page summarises the existing pharmacy service-agreement template. It is not a completed quote or an agreement to purchase services. Your signed agreement and completed scope determine your actual fees, functions, providers and responsibilities.

The service provider

LAS ITC Services (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2019/058188/07, provides the technical services under the pharmacy agreement. MetaVines is presented as “Powered by LAS ITC Services”. Contact info@metavines.co.za for the full agreement.

Scope and launch approval

The pharmacy template covers a storefront, implementation, hosting and support, with the final scope and operating details completed before activation. The pharmacy supplies and approves its catalogue, prices and policies. Live payment and access tests and written pharmacy approval are required before launch. Clinical decisions, professional oversight and fulfilment remain with the pharmacy.

Fees and supplier charges

Implementation, monthly subscription and an order-based percentage are separate charges. The template leaves the actual amounts and percentage to be completed. It defines the order fee at receipt of a genuine production order in the pharmacy dashboard, rather than at payment or fulfilment; subsequent cancellation or non-payment does not reverse it. Supplier usage and applicable VAT are separate. Request a completed written quote before committing.

Duration and exit

The template provides a 12-month minimum subscription term from go-live, then month-to-month continuation with notice. It contains cancellation and remaining-subscription provisions, subject to applicable rights. It also provides for a usable export and planned handover on termination. Read the complete agreement and confirm your exit arrangements before signing.

Data and responsibility

The template says the pharmacy controls its customer data and retains its brand, supplied content, domain and merchant account. Providers, processing locations, retention instructions and safeguards must be completed before live data processing. The public website’s own enquiry handling is described separately in the privacy statement.

Demonstrations and marketing support

The storefront, workflow and reporting previews are illustrative, use fictional data and do not establish that any live integration has been configured. Digital marketing support is a separately agreed scope. No revenue, order volume, fixed uptime or delivery outcome is guaranteed by the examples.
